- Entrance fees to monuments, monasteries, and temples.
- Any extra sightseeing or additional use of the vehicle beyond what is specified in the provided itinerary.
- Fees for cameras, guides, and entry to specific sites.
- Any costs incurred due to natural disasters like landslides, road closures, political unrest, etc., which are to be directly covered by the client on the spot.
- Potential increases in fuel prices or taxes that may affect the package cost prior to departure.
- Travel insurance.
- Any expenses not explicitly mentioned in the "Package Inclusions."
Payment Policy
Reservation Deposit criteria
- If booked 30 days or more before the departure date, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required.
- For bookings made 29 to 20 days before the departure date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.
- Bookings made 19 days or less before the departure date require a 100% deposit of the total cost.
Please Note: The booking will be subject to cancellation if full payment is not received within 20 days before the departure date.
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel your vacation:
You or any member of your party can cancel your travel arrangements at any time. We kindly request written notification or an email from the individual who made the booking to be sent to our office. The cancellation charges are in accordance with the published cancellation policy outlined below:
Cancellation charges per person:
- If cancelled 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total cost.
- For cancellations made between 29 and 20 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
- If cancelled less than 19 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.

If We Modify or Cancel Your Holiday:
Our meticulous planning aims to ensure a seamless travel experience, and it's unlikely that we'll need to make alterations to your travel arrangements. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate changes, and we retain the right to do so if required. Should any changes be necessary, we will promptly communicate them to you.
Furthermore, under exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements, providing a clear explanation for our decision.
If, due to factors beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions), we cannot fulfill the booked travel arrangements:
Before the tour begins, we will make every effort to propose alternative tour dates.
If the tour is already underway, we will calculate a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the tour you have utilized.
In all situations, our liability is limited to refunding the tour fees you originally paid.
If You Wish to Modify Your Holiday Itinerary:
Once our services are confirmed, should you desire alterations to your travel arrangements, such as changes in your departure date or accommodation preferences, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, please be aware that flexibility in making changes may be limited, and any amendment requests must be submitted in writing by the individual who made the initial booking. Any additional costs incurred as a result of these modifications will be your responsibility.
For Complaints or Concerns:
Should you encounter any issues during your holiday, we kindly ask you to promptly notify the relevant service provider, such as your hotelier or transporter, and/or get in touch with our representative on-site. They will strive to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If the issue remains unresolved at the destination, please follow up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us. Include your booking reference and all pertinent details. While we are committed to assisting you in addressing your concerns, please note that we can only exert our best efforts in liaising with the respective service provider.
It's important to understand that all third-party service providers operate as independent contractors and are never under our direct control or supervision.
