Darjeeling: Nestled high in the Himalayas at an elevation of 2134 meters, Darjeeling, also known as 'Dorje Ling' or the place of the Thunderbolt, presents awe-inspiring vistas of snow-capped mountain peaks, with the majestic Kanchendzonga standing tall above all. Often referred to as the "Queen of the Hills," it continues to enchant visitors with its charming waterfalls, quaint villages, and a historic narrow-gauge railway line. Surrounded by world-renowned tea gardens and snow-draped mountains, Darjeeling remains an exotic destination. In his book 'An Introduction to Hill Stations in India,' Graeme Westlake describes Darjeeling as offering "A view scarcely unrivaled on Earth."

You will spend the night at your hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 2 - Explore Darjeeling

Begin your day with an early morning visit to Tiger Hill (subject to permit availability) to witness a breathtaking sunrise and the stunning Himalayan Range, including Kanchandzonga and Mount Everest. The horizon gradually transforms through a kaleidoscope of colors just before the sun rises, turning the entire Himalayan range into a golden spectacle.
